Worst place u could go taken wrong teeth out twice I not let these are money grabbers only want to take ur teeth out for no reason to charge u £195 per tooth and kick u out door disgusting rip offs I'm going to the press and cdc so this is not last 😢

As always just the tops, from car parking , waiting to see dentist, collected from waiting room by dentist and returned when finished with. Just super no complaints not this visit or any other. Cannot fault them !!

Emma is absolutely incredible! I am terrified of going to the dentist and I would never go anywhere else but Scott Arms with Emma. Very clean and great communication leading up to the appointment.

Well Samson was just amazing I am so petrified of dentist but he is so understanding very patient explained everything to me even though I asked him to repeat nothing was to much trouble for him he really made me feel at ease very polite very knowledgeable and showed genuine care for his patient thank you so much Samson

This Complaint was sent on Thursday - I have not received an acknowledgement on the below: I have been attending your dental practice for many years with very little issue. However, yesterdays events have driven me to send this mail to register my complaint/anger/frustration. My appointment yesterday was for 16:00 with Camilla: · I arrived at 15:50 · Checked in with reception, confirmed name and who I was seeing, and was told to take a seat · 16:30 – went to reception, asking how much longer would I have to wait. · I think it was (Chole – not 100% sure) – asked me to take a seat, would check and come back to me. · 16:40 – no update from reception and finally Camilla came to collect me. · Camilla informed me that they hadn’t been informed of my arrival, not checked off in the system – 40 mins wasted….. · When completed – went to reception to re book and pay. · Charge was £49 – I never question the charge, I will do in future · As you can see from the statement (which I had to re request twice to be emailed), there is a £20 missed/ late cancellation of appoint fee. · I was not informed of this fee when payment was taken – should this not have been mentioned? · I was kept waiting 40 mins and charged for the privilege…. I am very disappointed in the service I received yesterday and I await your response to the above and obviously a refund

Great experience with dental hygienist Sameena Tasneem. Very friendly and made sure I had been seen for everything I came for. Highly recommend this practice previously, Scott arms have taken care of my needs.

I have had 2 recent visits for urgent treatment and I was treated the same day, kindly and with understanding. The whole process was excellent on both visits, thank you Scott Arms Dental for being there when I needed you !
