Hygienist Karen was excellent very proffecient and helpful but had to wait more than 1 hour in waiting area as receptionist did not click me in on system.

Dr Roni and Yusuf were very reassuring when I came in for an emergency appointment. Dr Roni went through all the options and possibilities with me, to relieve me of any discomfort. The removal of my wisdom teeth went very smoothly and I’m happy with the results so far.

Didn’t know what I was there for. Dentist Late for appointment Didn’t have my full appt Partner and I had booked the same (scale and polish) but hers was 40 mins and got an assessment - X-rays etc Don’t think he did a good job - I feel as though I need to book with a different practice to have a scale and polish redone. Dentist talking too much Assistance pushing equipment in mouth too far making me gag

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is spacious and relaxing. The dentist is brilliant she always puts me at ease and pays a genuine interest to how myself and my family are doing. My teeth always look great when I come out. I had some work done on them last year, I had my two front teeth bonded and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I used to hate smiling because I had a front tooth that looked a bit transparent. Now I smile at every opportunity to show them off. They look so natural and you would never know they’re bonded. I’d recommend this dental practise to everyone.

Excellent high standard as usual. Good initial communication when booking appointment. Kind and helpful staff with Richard his normal cheerful and caring self. Well done to you all.
