Receptionists, dental nurses and my dentist have aways been professional, helpful and friendly I have a check up every 6 months and my dentist puts me at ease and has time for a chat. Thank you to all the team.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to the Dentist. I rarely go because of this. But Roni ( Dentist ) and Mandeep ( Nurse ) were absolutely amazing. Roni explained every step of the procedure ( tooth extraction - an emergency appointment ). Both he and Mandeep were kind and considerate knowing how nervous I was. They gave me the option of sedation but this would have meant coming back for the procedure. Roni was so good he managed to talk me through it and calm me down enough to have the extraction done without sedation. It was over so quickly and I have not had any problems following the extraction. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to both of them. I have already booked my next appointment because of them.

Part of my tooth fell out at 1.00 pm on a bank holidayI contacted Scott Arms and they asked if I could get there at 2.15. I arrived there were several people waiting but I was seen quickly , my tooth was cemented back although I was informed it may not last but as I am due eye surgery next week was advised to contact my regular dentist when I have completed my eye treatment to decide whether a crown or extraction would be required. I do have Denplan . Very pleased with the prompt service .

Animesh was brilliant. He was very understanding re my neck and balance problems and went to a lot of trouble to make things as easy as possible for me. Most impressed. The whole place seems welcoming and efficiently run.

Had to go here as an emergency appointment and honestly they were really good, they fitted me in on a Sunday afternoon to extract an infected tooth and explained it all including the cost upfront and got it sorted for me.
