Been struggling for a while with a painful tooth but over the bank holiday weekend it reached an unbearable point. I then had a restless night and placed a call to 111 who suggested Scott’s arms. As soon as they opened I rang and was seen within an hour! The team were very professional and for a bank holiday Monday they were quite busy. The dentist looked at my mouth did X-rays straight away. I was shown the xray the problem was explained with the plan and the cost . I’ve never had an experience at a dentist as positive as this I didn’t even feel the tooth removed. Very professional and put my mind at ease. No more NHS for me!

The doctor charged me £60 just to tell me that my tooth needs treatment costing £700. The appointment included an X-ray and a 10-minute consultation, during which the doctor said there’s inflammation – but I already knew that myself because of a pain. I honestly don’t understand what I paid £60 for!
