We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Never been here before, but knew about it from others. Decided to give them a call for my mum who was in pain and need treatment. Got an appointment that same evening. Did a great job looking after my mum, had her treatment which was successful. Very friendly and professional team. Just want to say thank you for your help and support.

Great professional service from all the staff. Very detailed examination and suggestions for treatment plans. I was really happy with the look and quality of the work I had done . All the staff are welcoming and friendly. It was a very positive experience for me and I am happy to continue my dental care with this practice.

I was a little apprehensive at having a different hygienist, but Sameena soon put me at ease. She is a highly skilled dental professional who gave me an great scale & polish for a perfect finish! Sameena was gentle, but meticulous, removing plaque & tartar. She also, was very careful when working with the one sensitive tooth, & my implants. She was passionate about dental health maintenance & we discussed the best ways of looking after my teeth & in particular my two implants. A first class scale & polish; so much so the dentist, Nikki commented on what a first class job Sameena had done! Yet again another great experience, visiting the dentist here.

Went for hygenist appt and juts felt I just had clean and polish. No discussion around my gums, dental healthcare until I asked the questions. No gum check or court made which made me ask questions. For £63 I was in the appt for about 8 mins if that. If I’m going to be charged for hygiene experience then expect full service and value for money like I have done before. Wasn’t the case on this occasion. Both hygenist and assistant gave me the impression they were both new in role. Disappointley poor experience for me.
