Emergency appointment but didn't wait long past my appointment time. Saw Ben and the nurse who were both lovely. Ben explained what had happened and showed me my broken filling. Ben explained everything and I felt comfortable with him despite not having met him before. Saw a receptionist afterwards who was very helpful too and explained everything well. Very happy with the service and the fact I was seen so quickly and efficiently.
