I was able to get booked in for an emergency appointment on Sunday which resulted in a tooth extraction. I am a very nervous patient, but Camilla was wonderful and helped to make me feel relaxed and explained everything. I feel very grateful to have found your practice and would not hesitate to recommend you to others. Many thanks

Unfortunately my tooth pain is more severe than it was before I visited. My gums are totally swollen. Not a great first impression.

Warm welcome. This was an emergency appointment. Did feel like they wanted to sell other services when I only needed an emergency appointment. Given an iPad to complete questions relating to having a better smile or having cosmetic work. Nothing about why I was actually there for.. Staff very friendly

Yusuf cleaned my teeth despite having the challenge of faulty equipment! He was a determined to give me the best possible treatment. He put me at my ease and carried out the scale and polish without causing any discomfort to me. The only reason I didn't give him five stars is that he hadn't shaved! He is very conscientious and good at his job but personal appearance does make a difference. I hope you're not offended but you're a good practitioner and deserve five stars!
