I had an extraction by a locom dentist in out of hours how he extracted my tooth was awful the swelling pain he did to my surrounding jaw trying to get the tooth out was horrendous nearly 2 weeks on n the swelling still hasn’t gone still taking pain relief … when he extracted the tooth he got the tooth out but broke the roots said there was only about 2mm left in there but my partner clearly saw that one root was missing … continued to have tooth pain 2 days later back to dentist infection so had antibiotics Saw my dentist 2 days later still in pain n swollen he xrayed my tooth area there was 9mm on root left in almost all of the tooth not 2mm, 2 days later had to go through another procedure my dentist had to go into the hole again and get the roots out he got 3 parts of root out of the extraction hole, the pain was horrendous after still the swelling hasn’t gone and still taking regular pain relief

Following advice from 111 on Easter Day, I was booked into the Scott Arms Dental Practice as an emergency over the Bank Holiday weekend and have been exceptionally pleased with the service received. I was given a next day appointment and my dental problem was dealt with by a very kind and competent dentist. It is very reassuring to know that you can access emergency dental care, if and when needed. Thank you so much.

I used to be terrified of the dentist and now I look forward to having my 3 monthly hygienist appointment as all staff are friendly and professional and out every client at ease. I would never go to any other practice.

The service was excellent as we're the staff. I was there for an emergency appointment with an infection and I went in just after my appointment time. Can't say enough good things about them.
