Staff friendly. Dentist explained every detail of what was happening before it happened. Made me feel relaxed. I’m really nervous of dentists and can’t believe they took my wisdom tooth out without me panicking.

First time at the Scots Arms for emergency appointment. Which I end up having a tooth extraction. The dentist and nurse were very polite and calm and made me feel very easy and explained everything to me as I am a nervous patients. Definitely recommend.
