I needed an emergency tooth extraction, as I have used the Scott Arms dental practice previously I knew it was the best place to visit, this was on a Sunday afternoon and my wisdom tooth had become very loose and painful. I was seen by Dr Shyam Patel and assisted by Ellen, from the moment I stepped into the room I was put at ease, I am a very nervous patient when it comes to visiting a dentist, Dr Shyam was very patient with throughout the whole session, my experience from the whole time at the Scott Arms practice was exceptional, I have arranged another appointment to look at another issue I have that needs attention, and hopefully I will a little less nervous. I highly recommend anyone who needs to see a dentist to visit the Scott Arms Dental Practice Ian Fitzgerald

Excellent as usual

I wasn't happy that I had to wait 20 minutes to see the hygienist due I believe to a malfunction of the equipment. I cannot fault the actual treatment though. Dara was magnificent - she'is the best dentist I've seen in my 78 years on the planet. Five stars for her work ethic her positive attitude and her skills not least of which is her ability to put her patient totally at ease before undertaking any procedures. She also identified a recurrent problem/infection. I had had for years that no other dentist had mentioned - especially the one who had fitted a bridge over it!

Dentist and staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. Went for a checkup. No problems and everything was painless.

I struggled with dentophobia and ended up with quite poor dental health due in part to not seeing a dentist for several years. I reached a point where I had to make an appointment. Hamza put me at ease from the first visit and through some quite extensive work, I am very happy with the results, I can smile again I would, and do, recommend booking an appointment if you are a reluctant or nervous patient. Outstanding service.
