Excellent dentist; reception is a bit aloof and hit and missing. A polite welcome and registration of arrival. After treatment, dentist asked reception to provide me with dental pack and she responded “yes of course”. But as soon as dentist went she asked me: “what is it that you want?” This ending happens more often than not and the attitude was non engaging as though so was a nuisance to be got rid off. Shame, but an endemic aspect of this practice which has been previously reported but clearly neglected.

Really efficient as always - really helpful being able to get an early appointment

first time visiting Scott Arms dental surgery got the point got an appointment on the same day it’s a painful tooth. found the surgery to be a very friendly surgery and the dentist that dealt with me put me at ease. absolutely a lovely dentist.
