I came to my appointment 4 min late(rang 6 min before to advice I am running late) I was asked to waiting room to wait a further 6 minutes before having my hygienist appointment. I was rushed out at 4pm and felt the 17 - 19 minutes I had didn't leave with a clean mout feeling. Think this was my last appointment with your practice as this has happened to me before.

I saw dr Patel and Olivia as an emergency and honestly can’t thank them enough for the patience and understanding. They were excellent at putting me at ease especially given everything I need doing is under sedation! Would highly recommend
