We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Both hygienist and dental assistant were rude. Hygienist spoke to me with her back to me looking at her computer, did not look at me or greet me when I entered the room. Similarly dental assistant didn’t speak to me e.g. just handed me the glasses. Hygienist asked me the same questions multiple times which showed me she wasn’t listening to me. Perfume bottle left out on the side didn’t highlight professionalism or cleanliness. Dental assistant was horrendous with the suction.
