I saw Dr Chandra, previously I have asked not to see her. Dr Chandra proceeded with my examination, she muttered I had gingivitis and bleeding gums, which I never have. I questioned this and she made a flippant/dismissive remark “80% of the population have this no need to worry”. Hygienist- she also did this as the hygienist I was booked with was off sick. Well, this was the most painful experience, I asked her to stop 3x, my gums were bleeding there was a lot of water pouring out of my mouth . All she kept saying was your teeth are very sensitive, the nurse can vouch for this. Never again do I want to see Dr Chandra. I want a second opinion - regarding the comment on gingivitis!

My dentist is very caring and considerate and explains everything clearly. He puts me at ease. He also monitors and reviews previously raised issues which is reassuring.

Very efficient and look after patients well.

I've recently had a tooth extracted, which they did well. I just wanted to check as I had some tenderness in my gum, but no issues, and all healing as expected. Made my appointment on Friday, and chose a time on Monday to be seen. Very quick service, and would recommend them.

1st time I had seen this hygienist gave me some brilliant tips for my sensitive teeth will definitely book to see her again
