As per usual, on my 6th monthly check-up & hygiene treatment, the service and care is excellent from the team. Couldn't recommend it high enough for keeping my aging teeth in good condition.

H/Ritesh (sorry wasn't at my best so didn't quite catch the name) treated me as an emergency. I had been petrified of needles after a really sore experience elsewhere years ago. I'd put off having a broken tooth extracted for years but he made me feel comfortable. He put me at ease, clearly explained everything. I decided to go for the extraction and I honestly didn't feel the injection or the tooth being extracted. H/Ritesh was marvellous, simply an angel. I still have some 'pulp' inflammation? I'm hoping it will go down soon. Thank you H/Ritesh you're an angel .

I was seen quickly by the receptionist when entering the practice, and only had to wait a short time before I was called for my appointment. As always (and have been for about 20 years!), I was happy with my treatment which on this occasion was just a routine check up. I always feel any issues or problems are dealt with really efficiently and effectively. For example, I had a bit of wear and tear on the side of a crown that felt a bit rough, and was given the option to have a small filling straight away that has solved the problem.

Thought the dentist wasn’t taking me seriously. Came across rude. Was rude to their assistants. Used condescending tone towards them. Expected better service considering the amount of money that I potentially would have to spend.

Excellent experience as always. Visit regularly for checkups/scale and polish appointments. All staff are always so helpful and friendly.

My dentist was very knowledgeable, confident and calm. Got the tooth extraction done with no hassle which was not the case at all with my previous dentist. Worth every penny I was so grateful 😊
