I visited this week and saw a different hygienist. Her name was Thirwall I think. From the off I found her very rough. She used her probe on every inch of my gums to check for bleeding. They certainly did bleed. I was lying there swallowing blood. It was a bit extreme considering I visit the hygienist and dentist regularly. Four visits a year and I have never experienced that. I had to ask her to stop. It was freaking me out! She walked me to reception afterwards and specified that I should not see her again. Very embarrassing. I hope I don't see her again.

Excellent service from an emergency appointment late Sunday night for pain relief to being booked in for tooth extraction the next day, a couple of hours later due to pain I was allowed to go in again for a check up and further pain relief. Amazing and friendly staff highly recommend.
