I got an appointment the same day and saw a wonderful dentist, Gav. He was extremely patient and reassuring with me, especially appreciated because I was very anxious. I have no doubts about recommending him/the team.

I had a brilliant experience with dental hygienist. He explained everything in detail, was very polite and diligent in what he was doing. For my emergency appointment on the same day I had to wait for over an hour but no one came to tell me why there was a delay. Generally if there is delay of more than 20 minutes then staff should notify the waiting clients in the waiting room.
