The level of care has been below my expectations. I have been going to that this practice well over 20 years and this is my worst experience. A swollen face for almost 3 weeks, antibiotics, second temporary filling in 3 weeks. Last one lasted just under 3 days, despite me chewing on that side; for which I’m being charged £64; just been a disaster really.

Just awaiting one final admin form as sadly having to move dentist due to relocation but I wish I could take the whole Scott’s arms team with me as they are brilliant, and I’ve had faultless services over five years

Brilliant dentist, they saw me straight away, I am an extremely nervous patient where dentist are concerned, the dentist I saw was very patient and gave me alternatives such as sedation for root canal, but this doesn't work for me as I get to wound up. He supplied me with the antibiotics I needed and said if I had any further problems he would gladly help me out. I would recommend the dentist as the set up is great as the treatment area is well away from the waiting room so you are unable to hear the usual sounds from the other patients being treated, which freaks me out.
