I needed to see a emergency dentist due to a crown falling out, i have a real dental phobia but from the lady that i spoke to on the phone, the dental nurse and the dentist himself they were all so kind, reassuring and supportive i didnt feel rushed or judged. Thank you to you all.

Excellent service had abscess developed bad infection in gum area had appointment within 3 hours of calling the practice had abscess drained of pus infection prescribed antibiotics for 7 days return appointment to have extraction on tooth which caused the infection.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Fantastic and professional service at the Scott Arms Dental Practice is what we received. Having tried other avenues to try and get some specialist help for my sister, who is severely autistic and has been petrified of the dentist all her life, I was giving up hope of where I was going to get her some urgent dental treatment, and when I contacted the Scott Arms, I felt confident and reassured that this would be the right place for her and I was not wrong. From the friendly, helpful girls on reception, the dental assistant who was polite and helpful, to the dentist himself, Ronnie, wow what a wonderful dentist and a kind, caring man. He treated my sister with dignity and respect and was very patient every step of the way. Myself and my other sister, stood either side of her whilst she was having the treatment, holding her hands, and Ronnie was so accommodating and obliging. She must have felt comfortable and reassured enough to sit back and have a lot of treatment consisting of teeth extraction and I felt it was unbelievable what Ronnie managed to do for her. He was very thorough and brilliant at his job. When he had finished the treatment he said if we would like to wait outside whilst he saw his next patient as he would like to double check on my sister to make sure he and we, were totally happy with everything before we took her home. She was so grateful to him, as she must have been in a lot of pain beforehand with her teeth, she hugged him and said "thankyou for taking my teeth out". Ronnie then escorted her down the stairs and into reception. He is an absolute star and a total credit to the Scott Arms Dental Practice. Thankyou to every single member of staff who were involved with us on our visit, I cannot praise you all enough. As for Ronnie, what a gent and what a phenomenal dentist - simply the best!!! Thankyou all!!!

I saw my dentist on saturday l forgot her name but l was very anxious about the whole procedure, she was welcoming, friendly and reassuring always smiling making me feel comfortable. after the procedure l honestly couldn't be more thrilled. l am delighted.credit to all the staff.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff at reception were friendly and attentive, and the Adventist and Nurse were fantastic and put me instantly at ease.

I was seen by Dr Roni who was brilliant. He was really calming and thoughtful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
