We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. As a very nervous patient with a crippling fear of the dentist, and having previous work done under sedation, the staff here could not of been anymore kinder and comforting and reassuring. The treatment I received was brilliant.

My experience has been absolutely stunning. After being allocated Scott Arms dental practice by the 111 service. The dentist listened to my symptoms, though there were no visible cavities. I was prescribed antibiotics for a potential infection. Everyone was polite and efficient…I’m grateful

Great once I was seen….waited for over half a hour to be seen…when I booked the appointment I asked for NO stairs…. Twice they asked me to go up the very steep stairs..I don’t think they knew if they were coming or going! Dentist was lovely…..

Reception team friendly and helpful. Dentists and hygienists are professional but put you at ease and always advising to let me know if i feel any pain. Consulting rooms are clean and bright. Prices are reasonable. Overall excellent experience.

Whole experience was excellent made me feel very confident in the work that needed to be done, professional and caring from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
