It was an emergency appointment, but the dentist was reluctant to intervene, not wanting to step on Richard’s toes — much like the endodontist, who said Richard knew the tooth best and should treat it. So I left with a course of amoxicillin and £41 less, and I’ll be seeing Richard on Monday.

Visited recently to have a tooth removed. Richard explained exactly what would happen during the extraction and reassured me by answering all my questions before he started. So very kind and patient as always. Wouldn’t have anyone else, brilliant service. 😊
