I used to be terrified of the dentist and now I look forward to having my 3 monthly hygienist appointment as all staff are friendly and professional and out every client at ease. I would never go to any other practice.

The service was excellent as we're the staff. I was there for an emergency appointment with an infection and I went in just after my appointment time. Can't say enough good things about them.

I ended up at the emergency dentist, because I had been in pain for days, and unable to see my own dentist, due to the Easter bank holiday. The dentist examined my teeth and took an x-ray and couldn't find anything, other than my mouth was swollen. I was given antibiotics, but had an allergic reaction. 4 days later I saw my own dentist, and was told I had an abscess,.and she spotted it straight away! If I needed an emergency appointment again I'd probably try somewhere else.

Dr Shailee Chandra is an amazing dentist it has always been a delightful experience with her.

Did not prescribe pain killers after dental work. Contact after hour pointless as emergency appointments mixed in with routine appointments. There is no priority urgent aftercare. How you can deal with real feedback.
