We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Excellent dentist; reception is a bit aloof and hit and missing. A polite welcome and registration of arrival. After treatment, dentist asked reception to provide me with dental pack and she responded “yes of course”. But as soon as dentist went she asked me: “what is it that you want?” This ending happens more often than not and the attitude was non engaging as though so was a nuisance to be got rid off. Shame, but an endemic aspect of this practice which has been previously reported but clearly neglected.
