I was not happy with my experience and being asked when told that I had to have a tooth extraction, “why was I so nervous” really invalidating and feel you need training in this area on people skills. Completely unacceptable, especially for vulnerable patients.

Punctual, polite and welcoming staff. Clean, relaxing environment. Dentist and hygienist made me feel very relaxed and nothing was rushed! Will definitely stay with the practice for the foreseeable future.
