I came as an emergency patient and called at 9830 on a Sunday and was given a 1120 appointment. The whole experience was a first class service. Reception desk staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. My Dentist and assistant were both welcoming and made me feel at ease, I have to say the dentist went way above explaining what my options were, then talked and explained every step of the the whole procedure of extracting my tooth. I wasn’t rushed out the chair afterwards she kept me a while to recover and then checked me over before letting me go home. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Hi That my first experience and appointment last two days ago. The appointment arranged from NHS but I am not happy with them. When arrived half past four a receptionist asked my name and then wanted proof of universal credit finally gave questionnaire after filled forms and signature doctor called me and after arrived office hi is asked me you have to pay I told no he denied everything and then just wrote some antibiotics for me I am confused because they know I am referred from universal credit why you asked again about money I thought they aren't responsible people about patients and just earning money like scammer but legal I hope management read my comments and charged methods you put some advertisements about implant in Google but your colleague denied everything and told me we don't have any specialists in this clinic that is shame for you I don't know believe to the Doctor or advertised because opposite. regards Moradi

appointment at my coveineience great wlcome nurses on reception are lovely dentist was extremeley professiona and did a fab job explaianed everything in detail the dental nurse was lovely and very professional The surgery is well maitained very clean and its great having the t/v's on the wall a good experience
