We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Till appointment process it was good and convenient but the doctor himself?? IDK his name but he was this young man as rude as one can be with no empathy as I was in extreme pain IDK what was he upto had a 1 sec look and told me that Ive got wisdom tooth infection and sent me straight for the Xray (I assume just to get that money) bcz all he told me after was yes you have an infection literally standing behind my back and that he’s giving me this antibiotics and that’s all I mean no explanation why and how ended up googling the info I needed to get out of that miserable state after paying £80 for total of 20 minutes in the clinic!

Carnt fault this dentist at all, I looked at all reviews from local area and scot arms dental practice is on top and that's why i chose them. Quick online booking or just call and book. Iv always turned up on time and gone straight in which I love as no waiting to make my more anxious, every member of staff I have came across has been nice and pleasant towards me, and my dentist that guv is a top fella and gets work done quickly and efficiently without me been in any pain. Keep up good work guys.

After years of NHS dental treatment, and teeth extractions because they inform me there was nothing that could be done to save the tooth, then I go to Scott Arms and they inform me that every tooth can be saved one way or another......I have never left there disappointed

For someone who was really anxious and scared, I was well looked after and made to feel safe and welcome by all the staff I interacted with.

Took out my wisdom tooth instead of recommending other solutions e.g cutting the gum that was causing inflammation. Gave me the worst possible available antibiotic which made me vomit several times 48 hours later therefore had to stop taking them. High charges and poor experience.

Excellent pain free filling done. Other dentist couldn't find hole in my tooth where pain was coming from but they found straight away. Staff and dentist very helpful. I wish all dentists were this good
