I required a deep filling and once again, Arjen was superb. Quick, with a smile and mainly.. no pain. Every member of staff encountered genuinely look like they love working there which is rare nowadays.

EXCELLENT I made an emergency appointment over the phone with Emma ( excellent customer service) and had a choice of appointments the same day. On arrival I was greeted by a host of young girls eager to help so again taking the edge off my nerves. After a few minutes Jag ( dental nurse of the year in my opinion) took me through to the surgery where I was greeted by one of the nicest young men I have met called Shyam Patel. He listen patiently about my concerns ( really listened) and came up with a plan that was kind to the finances and made me feel comfortable with the whole outcome. The treatment was done with genuine care, consideration and proffessionalism. Shyam and Jag a make wonderful working team.I can honestly say the whole experience left me one less tooth in my mouth but in good positive spirits. I had travelled 40 minutes to get there but have now registered as new patient. So thank you to all you lovely people I met and a special thank you to Shyam and Jag ( who may need 10 minutes in a quiet place after I lef). Rachel Harrison
