I was grateful the dentist was very helpful the only upsetting thing was the X-ray machine was broken now I have been given antibiotics for a week I feel I might need more for another week as they given me an appointment for 3 march 2025

I suppose the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here. I have used this practice for many years, well before it became what it is now and you didnt get what you paid for. Pro-rata the cost is the same but the experience totally different. I don't do regular check ups as I should, but from the moment I pick up the phone having a dental issue its immediately dealt with, with absolute courtesy and professionalism throughout. It's like having a dentist in my back pocket who will deal with me and my dental problem immediately.

Staff excellent as always, just need more hygienists to cope with demand.

I visited the Orthodontist who gave me their full attention, listened carefully to my concerns, and who then was able to advise the best treatment for me. I was extremely satisfied with their consultation.
