First of all, I don’t like going to the dentist, I’ve avoided it for years. BUT… when my tooth chipped I was recommended to Scott arms by a gym friend. I booked my consultation, had an x-ray and then saw Dr Adam Patel Dr Patel is brilliant, genuinely can’t talk highly enough of him. He was chilled, relaxed, took his time and explained everything He did two root canals for my affected teeth and turned it around in 8 days - an incredible job with no pain I have my 6 month check up in August and it actually looking forward to it The whole staff were excellent, really friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough I never usually write a review but if anyone is ready this and are worried about going to the dentist, go Scott arms (dr Patel is you can) Thank you, KRT

I was very nervous due to severe nerve pain but I had a very informative conversation with Yousaf Jamil. He managed to work around the painful areas and still achieve good results and Mede me feel comfortable. I really appreciate such good team always available at Scott Arms 🙏🏼

Lack of compassion and care. I told the dentist I have a needle phobia yet it seemed like he couldn't care less when it came to it. I was clearly distressed during the procedure and no one tried to help calm me or make the situation any better. after the traumatic experience in the chair I was told I could go now. I was barely able to walk after being sedated and felt unwell yet I was still walked straight out of the room.

Forgot about me in the waiting room 45 minutes late into my appointment. Got into the chair and given my options. The dentist was very pushy and after i declined the treatment due to work commitments they then got shall we say annoyed because I turned down his route canal for £700. Then I had to beg for him to just temporarily fill the whole while i sorted work out of which they had the great pleasure of charging me £114 for and got shoved out the chair and out the building quicker than you can say goodbye. Now booked else were for fraction of the price.
