My appointment was cancelled. On the same day I was given a 6pm appointment. When I arrived from work was told no appointment was offered. Again I was offered another appointment at 8pm. Even then had to wait another 40 minutes. ( My only comfort was the dentist did a good cleaning job on my teeth.)

Yousaf provided a brilliant hygienist service. Staff at reception accommodated an urgent appointment on the day so that I did not need to come back the following week.

I’m incredibly anxious about the dentist. My visit was necessary because I’d got an infection. The staff really listened to me and I felt like they were really sympathetic and understanding of how nervous I was.
