Lovely friendly staff, best dentists and hygienist and give you good feedback step by step

After paying for x ray and check up i was advised to sign up for dental plan it was explained that any forthcoming appointments ( a certain number per year and not including any required lab fees) would be covered under the chosen dental plan I has an appointment with hygienist the following day and was assured this would be covered under the dental plan After the aforementioned treatment i was somewhat taken aback when i was informed i had to pay for it as my dental plan would only start after an initial treatment Quite underhand and misleading with no genuine empathy when i explained the information i had been given, was only interested in taking another payment from me Came away feeling i had been very poorly treated

Yet another visit for my 6 monthly check up carried out with care and reassurance

Recently attended this clinic for a tooth extraction in which was carried out however after completion of removing the tooth out I experienced bleeding which was expected. As my mouth had a large volume of blood present the dentist didn’t provide or try to reduce the bleeding instead I was told it’s all done and follow me out towards the exit while I had a large sum of blood in my mouth. I’ve had a tooth extraction at other private dentists and they have always ensured that majority of the bleeding has reduced and the bleeding is controllable. So as I left the dentist with the mouthful of blood I was left in a very uncomfortable condition.

Seen very quickly and problem sorted by a very kind and skilled debtisud and nurse.

Abserloutly fantastic dental practice, lovely staff, had the pleasure of a wonderful dentist who had to remove my wisdom tooth. Very professional and caring, would definitely recommend 👌
