I came for twice yearly check up which consisted of two parts firstly my check up with a dentist which was great with no problems found . The second part was my teeth cleaned this was due to happen at about 16.30 I was still waiting at 17.00 hrs I noticed a sign on the waiting room wall which said if the waiting time was longer than 20 minutes you should ask the reception why . On doing that I was informed that the problem was that the person before had been delayed and that I was next in and I was asked if I minded waiting or I could book another appointment . I told them because I was there I would wait . I finally went in to get my teeth cleaned at about 17.30 the lady doing this was very sorry and told me that the second part of my visit had not been booked in . I would have been much happier if I had of been told the situation when I asked .

Having had 5 teeth out one time I walk nervous and worried, but the support has helped me face the fear of going to the dentist. I was laid impressed how quickly I was given an appointment when I felt something wrong.

Accomodating and profesional.
