The reception staff were amazing ! So polite and welcoming and so was the assistant dentist the one wearing black I believe but the dentist was not polite at all was behaving like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t help me or give me options on how to move forward even though I said I was in a lot of pain I believe his name was mr Parekh as that was on the wall but not sure, this was the first time I had gone out after a long time after my postnatal depression and I can say that dentist has not helped and made me feel like someone below him I’m so upset, when putting xray thing in my mouth I said ouch and instead of saying are you ok or should I give you a minuite he said “YES bite on that” getting annoyed and tears were coming down my face with the initial pain but guess he didn’t care
