Apart from my having a low pain threshold, which somewhat frightened the dentist, the procedure to remove mytooth was successful albeit noisy!! - and painful!

Excellent friendly and prompt service. The dentist was patient and worked around my extra sensitive gag reflex. Which is the main reason to not have visited a dentist for many years. I’m glad I found a practice I can trust and rely on. I had a checkup, special full head x-ray (so I didn’t need those vomit inducing xray panels to put in your mouth, and custom mouth guard made. Promptly, with good service. Sure the whole package was expensive but it’s good value.

I visited Scott Arms to see Debbie. It was a short notice appointment and I am very thankful to Charlotte for finding the slot for me. Debbie and the colleague nurse were fantastic, I have known Debbie for almost twenty odd years and she has always been so lovely and helpful. She looks after my daughter as well and we find her to be a great support. She always welcomes patients with a lovely smile and warmth. While waiting in the corridor near the stairs, I did find one nursing staff suffering with a cold and coughing frequently walking around in the waiting area and her mask was down. I am sure Scott Arms has an infection control and prevention policy and would recommend the management to advise the staff to be away at least in the actue period when they are unwell with the winter viruses. Everything else was fantastic.
