First time seeing the hygienist and did a through clean. Excellent service.

Another great visit,staff always friendly and efficient.My dentist Richard Ostins is the absolute best,always explaining and reassuring. One small negative was that I was unable to complete my online forms before attending.Still unsure as to wether the fault is my end or yours.I did try and ask but no explanation given.

On time and efficient

I am new to the practice joined after I needed emergency treatment and they were the only Practice open to help me. I am very pleased with how I was treated and looked after on my recent appointment. Hannah Dulay was very professional caring and so was Shyam Patel who also advised me on many areas I needed support and help with regarding my gum problems.

Friendly staff, went there to me out, Mr sing great as always.

The team at Scott Arms have pretty much cured my lifelong fear of dentists! No mean feat. I'm very much looked after as an individual and appreciate that.

The service I receive is always outstanding. The lady I see , the only dentist I trust , is really fantastic . She is friendly, patient and understanding of my nervousness . I have issues being reclined and also have a fear of needles . Throughout my treatments I can trust her to stop when I’m struggling, calm me down and be patient as I regain composure. Everything is always explained in detail , whilst I am always asked if I’m happy to continue. I would not see any other dentist and always feel that the work is completed to a high standard. No complaints .
