The receptionist who answered my call was very helpful and arranged for me to be seen by the dentist, Dr David Pire on the same day. He had done my implant, checked the gums and knew what the problem was. He explained to me in his usual calm and professional manner what to do to elevate the problem. I would have ticked rating 'Excellent' but for the stairs I had to climb to reach his surgery which at the age of eighty is difficult. I hope the surgery would install a lift for elderly patients.

Excellent service received from both the reception staff and the dentist Dr Danyal Saghir. His calm manner helped put me at ease, and he was patient with explanations to my many questions during an emergency visit, and I experienced the same excellent treatment on my follow up visit.
