Emergency treatment dealt with within 5hrs of a phone call. Appointment only a few minutes late. Treatment finished within 30 minutes. Very pleasant dentist and assistant.

Not clear about pricing and could not locate my appointment. Reception seemed quite chaotic although the dentist and technician were excellent and took time explaining.

The appointment was late by 10 mins so the apology was greatly appreciated. When having my teeth cleaned ,all was explained what was being done. I felt no pain and the nurse was not in a rush to complete the treatment.

Always a pleasant dental practice to come to especially as I am extremely nervous I saw helenya for my scale and polish lovely as was her dental nurse put me at ease
