I lost a filling at 2.00 pm and on phoning reception I was given an appointment at 3.50 pm. I arrived on time and was pretty much called straight in. The dentist wasn't my usual one but was very friendly and professional and he permanently replaced the filling so no repeat visit required.

Very efficient from the first phone call, I needed an emergency appointment and was offered Am or Pm. On arrival the waiting room is calm and busy at the same time. Good discussion with the Dentist and my problem is solved for now.
