Can't fault this Dental practice. I called Saturday morning as my tooth had fractured the night before they fitted me in at 11am .I was greeted by friendly reception staff .Then I only waited 5 minutes then I was in with my lovely dentist and nurse having a temporary filling put over the tooth so I could eat .Would definitely return if I had a problem again .

Receptionists and the dentist were very friendly making the whole experience less daunting as I don’t particularly like going to the dentist

Went for emergency appointment came back with antibiotics and a was told I can’t get treatment until I book a routine appointment followed by route canal another day . It’s a money making scheme because I already got checked and started the procedure few months ago by their dentist

I was seen promptly and staff were courteous, cheerful and I’m satisfied with the treatment given.

Highly recommended very nice people I was in so much pain within the hour I was on my back home feeling great

I visited your practice yesterday after (12.35 with Tannay) this was an emergency appointment for a problem that I have put off for 7 whole years due to being petrified of any dental work or any dentist. How wrong I was !!!! From the moment I walked through the reception door I was greeted with smiling friendly faces, the whole atmosphere was very calm and very chilled, even though very busy the practice runs like a very well oiled machine. It was a joy to hear staff chatting and laughing together - not stuffy or regimental like usual surgery’s.  It was not too long of a wait before a lovely assistant came and fetched me and took me to the most incredible room with a view and Tannay was waiting for me . He was so kind , so patient and so understanding obviously noticing I was nervous he talked me through every single step of what was going to happen and what to expect after  . Within minutes my 7 years of suffering was over . I am so happy to have found The Scott Arms Practice and I have already booked my next appointment. Paying the bill was also a nice experience- no overcharging or feeling of being ripped off !  This practice get a well deserved 10/10 from me . Thank you to Tannay and his nurse ( so annoyed with myself for not asking her name ) you have both restored my faith so hopefully one day I can be proud of my smile again.

Needed to see someone urgently due to infection got an appointment within 2 hours and antibiotics

I am nervous about dentists but going here is not any issues all of the staff are lovely and welcoming they put you at ease I had to go back after a week as I needed antibiotics to fight an infection but the second visit was so easy to have my procedure done and they give you all the advice you need after and talk you through all the procedure if you are nervous about dentists I recommend you try Scott arms dentists could not fault anything
