I booked an emergency appointment on a Friday around 5PM and was offered an appointment for 9 which was brilliant as I was worried I would just be put on a waiting list but the late night opening makes this dentist a Godsend. Plenty of free car park space as it was a night appointment. I usually attend Birmingham Dental Hospital and have to pay to park there. Very nice and clean inside the Scott Arms Dental, very pleasant reception staff and I was seen too very quickly by Imran and Adella. I was in so much pain and usually a nervous patient requiring sedation but everything was described to me, each part of the process and if I feel pain, the reason I would feel it which helped my nerves. The tooth extraction was a quick a pain was minimum thanks to their reassurance. No complaints at all. Thank you both very much
