Professional friendly and welcoming

The lady hygienest and the male nurse were lovely and very helpful.

It did feel a little bit rushed. My partner had the same treatment earlier in the day with someone else and had a much more in depth and informative experience. Just felt like she wanted me in and out. Regardless of this though she was very nice, polite and reassuring

Appointment booking was quick and easy. Dentist himself came across very well. I guess he is fairly inexperienced but certainly was able to give authoritative answers to my questions. The prices feel high but the service was good

I continue to experience that all staff concerned show a high degree of professionalism. It is car parking that causes problems for the disabled and frail which I hope will be addressed sooner than later.

Tyler provides high-quality, patient-centred care. He always has time to for an informal quick chat before he asks about your medication & dental routines. He always extremely professional, demonstrates empathy, concern, & full understanding of patient needs according to individual needs. Tyler always pays attention to detail during dental cleans & is the best hygienist ever. He provides the most comprehensive cleans & is really adept at using small instruments causing very little discomfort. He works well as a team with his excellent technician. Nikki as always is a top notch dentist & is second to none.
