All the staff were so pleasant and supportive and I felt fully informed throughout the whole time of my treatment. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful calm relaxing surroundings ensuring visits to the dentist are as pleasant as possible.

I cannot praise this Dental practice enough. From the ladies in reception to Tyler my hygienist. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Tyler always puts me at ease as I don’t like the sound of the tools and makes the process seems so quick.

The dentist was a really nice guy and very professional. Furthermore he was very sympathetic to the fact that I have a phobia of the dentist and was careful not to say or do anything that would cause me to go into complete meltdown. I had sedation and this works well for me however, I do remember feeling some pain whilst the dentist was cleaning my teeth. However, because the sedation relaxed me, I was able to just about cope with it. Although expensive, I have to say that Scott Arms is probably the best dentist I have been to. My only criticism (and it is minor) is that the welcome at reception wasn’t great because I felt like they didn’t really want to speak to me. I think part of that is there were 4 girls behind a small desk, so it was quite intimidating especially when you are as fearful as myself.

Really impressed with this practice. Had some tooth pain, called up and was seen the same day at a time of my choice. David was professional and quickly identified my issue and completed treatment there and then. Dental nurses were also lovely and welcoming. Would really recommend.
