We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. I was booked to see Sameena Tasneem when I got to the Reception Desk I had a welcome smile from Lara Neale who always makes me feel welcome and say hello she is great asset to Scott Arms I was very happy with Sameena who was friendly, professional, caring and made me feel calm she is very good in her job

I feel like I was fobbed on. I went there for an emergency and I expected to get seen and treated. I needed one filling and the dentist said that “it’s too much work and I don’t want to mess it up”. He advised me to see my regular dentist. I was not impressed as I now have to wait two weeks to see him.

Fantastic dental practice. Everyone is so welcoming from the receptionists, dental nurses and dentists! I am a very very nervous patient and I would not go anywhere else. They are amazing.
