Excellent experience, I was actually recommended Scott arms through 111 when I had really bad dental pain and honestly I dont think I would now go anywhere else even though I have to pay as a private patient, the clinic is the cleanest I have ever seen the staff are professional and even the receptionist are so welcoming and nice which is a change to most dentists I have been to, my extraction process was amazing I’ve always had so much anxiety and fear of dentists from past experiences but Scott arms changed my perception on it from this new experience would highly recommend to anyone

The hygienist, Bethany, was great. She explained everything in detail, discussed the possible effect of medication on treatment and was really thorough in the treatment given.

As per usual Richard Ostins was superb at what he does. Always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Both myself and my daughter do fear the dentist chair and Rich helps with that phobia.

My appointment was on time and the staff there are all very professional and understanding. I am a very nervous patient but Shailey always looks after me and puts me at ease. I highly recommend her. Thanks Shailey.

I am a VERY nervous person visiting the dentist and had an issue with a top left Wisdom Tooth. Samson was amazing from start to finish. On my first visit he hardly touched it, took an Xray and advised me to have the tooth removed. 3 days later i was back under sedation, relaxed, didnt feel a thing and didnt even know it had been removed. Highly recommend this place for anybody with anxiety going to the dentist.
