Managed to get an appointment quickly . Had to have a very painful extraction but thankful tooth is now removed . The dentist was comforting and put me at ease even though I was very anxious . Hopefully now on the mend . Thankyou

Booked a hygienist visit which should have cost £58. Paid the £20 deposit expecting them to take a further £38 via Apple Pay didn’t check the receipt until I got home and realised they’d charged me a further £124. Rang to query why was told they could only see a payment of £38 pending!! Will now have to call them again on Monday to chase refund. The treatment itself was fine, have had friends and family who have had their teeth cleaned there so was aware of the good reputation the place had. Wasn’t expecting to be charged £144 though!

Best dentist… brilliant receptionists … I was always terrified of going to the dentist however since becoming a patient at Scott arms dental practice I no longer dread seeing the dentist… Amazing service

Excellent service. Called before 9am for an emergency apointment, was in a lot of pain. They got me in at 12.50pm. Didnt wait long filled out my forms etc and then in to see the dentist. Very thorough, explained everything that was going on. Had an xray on my teeth and then explained options for next steps, I opted for extraction. Another scan to make sure everything was ok and then it we were good to go. All in all was there about an hour and 15 minutes, given the level of care I received I was really impressed. The only downside was when booking the appointment I was asked to pay £20 appointment fee which would be deducted from the final bill, which I was happy to do, but I was also told the maximum cost of the treatment would be up to £190, however after having my x-ray I was told the total cost of treatment would be £330. I'd have paid a million pound to get rid of the pain I was in, but it is disappointing that the price changed by so much.

The best clean I have ever had. Sorry cant remember the hygienists name but she spent alot of time cleaning with the machine and by hand and was super friendly and thorough! Thank you
