Booked Emergency appointment. Advised that there could be a 2 hour wait as it was not a scheduled appointment. I was therefore, pleasantly surprised to be seen swiftly and all the staff I encountered we're friendly, polite and helpful.

I have nothing but praise for the practice so far.The dentist I saw knew that I suffer with career-ending anxiety and treated me accordingly. Second appt this week and the hygienist I saw, Olivia, was fab: calm, reassuring and gentle - just what I needed. Please continue to look after those of us who are anxious in this way. X
