Great Service

I had an appointment with Andrew and had 3 front teeth out. Originally I was booked to have sedation as I am a very very anxious patient. After speaking with Andrew I felt comfortable enough and trusted him to do the job without sedation. He made sure I was ok throughout and I am planning to only have treatment by Andrew in future.

Visited Scott Arms Dental today. All staff I came into contact with were polite and friendly. I felt inbsafe hands straight away. The nurses explained everything and answered all questions. The dentist I saw today was excellent in trying to solve my dental problem. All staff very professional. I was not rushed and as a nervous patient I was put at ease. My scale and Polish results were the best I've ever had, amazing. I had excellent correspondence post appointment with questions answered that I forgot to ask at the time. So many people told me to visit Scott Arms Dental for assessment following weeks of pain and I'm very glad I did. I will definitely be returning for regular scale and Polish and probably always look at the possibility of dental treatment at this practice. I'm not a person who can readily afford private dental care and I know veryain treatment would be completely out of the question due to cost. However, I think in future I will always find out prices before I rule it out as I think my preference as I feel completely confident and safe in their hands. Would highly recommend.
