When I was let down and potentially misled by my NHS dentist the staff at the Scott Arms came to the rescue. I’m extremely nervous when attending the dentist and had a a complicated issue with broken teeth. Dr Pal and his dental nurse were amazing, they made me feel welcome, cared for and we even had a giggle. Before, during and after everything was explained to me in detail so I could make an informed decision about my care. The experience was overall excellent, from now on all my dental procedures will be at the Scott arms dental practice.

I really feel rather ripped off! Yes, I agreed to the treatment plan BUT, £112 for 10 minuets in the chair, for a really small filling, that didn't even need an injection os anisthetic, feels like price gouging to me! I will consider my options next time?
