Amazing service as usual, very disappointed that I could not book Philipa my usual hygienist for my next appointment in December. I pay Denplan and its increased so expect to see my usual hygienist. Now I need to remember to book her 6 months in advance!

I had been up all night with tooth ache, after waiting for a referal to the dental hospital to remove a complex wisdom tooth. The pain became unbearable, so I called Scott Arms dental surgery. I was seen the same day, withing 3 hours of calling! The staff were very attentive and professional. I was seen by Jay, who was amazing and reassuring, he got me out of pain immediately. Can't fault my dentist Gavinder ,always excellent service and totally professional. Never feel rushed and he always explains everything to me . Love that he always walks me out and makes me feel like a valued patient
