We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Hmmm... not keen on the policy of applying the £20 charge when I book my six-monthly check up. I was advised it will be deducted from the charge... in six months time... but, don't like. I do understand the problem with no shows and the impact on other patients and models. But I think perhaps a rethink my be needed. Otherwise, I do find your services and staff excellent.

Cant fault my first visit. David was highly professional and reassuring explaining everything clearly. The treatment was swiftly carried out with minimal waiting times. Have moved from my NHS dentist now. I am happy to recoomend them for all ages.

Excellent as usual ,Richard my dentist sorted my problem out, and my hygienist is lovely and gives me tips to help my gum recession, the staff on the desk are lovely and polite and friendly and everyone included puts you at ease .Thankyou!

Incredible front of desk team, particular shoutout to Nicola who I spoke to in the morning who made me feel very comfortable and confident talking through my appointment. Massive recognition to Liv who assisted me in my appoint and the amazing dentist who performed two root canals with an anxious patient. 10/10
