All service was excellent, however I always believe that you don’t get a second chance at a first impression and would have preferred not to see staff eating at their desks when they are the first people you see. They were all lovely, responsive and polite but I felt it was a little unprofessional given the nature of the business. None of this deflected from the treatment we received but coming from a professional background ourselves it didn’t look right. Would it not be better for staff to eat away from the patients and have a proper break from their duties?
